Are you taking customers right now?
We're launching neighborhood by neighborhood to keep our service fast and our quality high. Right now we're building our waitlist, and we launch in each area once enough neighbors have signed up. Get on the list and you'll be first to know when we're on your street. The more homes near you that join, the sooner that happens!
What detergent do you use?
We wash every load in cold water and let you choose your detergent at booking: Tide Original for a crisp, clean scent, or Tide Free & Gentle — hypoallergenic, dye-free, and perfume-free. Great for babies, sensitive skin, or anyone who prefers a fragrance-free clean.
What kind of bag should I use for my laundry?
No fancy hampers or expensive bags required! We use the standard 13-gallon tall kitchen trash bag as our unit of measurement. It’s the easiest way for you to know exactly what you’re paying. Just ensure the bag is filled and tied securely at the top. If it’s bulging or can’t be tied, it’s a bit too full.
Is there anything you can't wash?
To keep our process streamlined for families, we are currently only handling everyday "wash, dry, and fold" items (clothes, towels, linens). Items cannot be heavily soiled with hazardous substances (blood, bodily fluids, bugs, and oil).
We also cannot accept items that require dry cleaning or large bulky items such as comforters and sleeping bags.

How does the pricing work?
We charge a flat rate of $45 per 13-gallon bag, with a 2-bag minimum per pickup. No scales and no "per-pound" surprises. You’ll know your total the moment you set your bags on the porch. (And remember: your first bag is free!)
When do I need to have my laundry ready?
Our schedule is built for the "Friday Finish":
Wednesday by 5:00 PM: Deadline to schedule.
Thursday by 8:00 AM: Have your bags out for pickup.
Friday by 5:00 PM: Your laundry is back, folded and ready for the weekend.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
Nope! Most of our neighbors prefer our "contactless" service. Just leave your tied bags at your front door. We’ll text you the moment we pick them up and the moment they return home fresh on Friday.
Note: To keep your clothes completely protected and ensure our drivers have permission to access your porch, we do require a quick, one-time digital Contactless Release Waiver when you set up your account. It takes 10 seconds and keeps everything safe and secure!
